Love Literacy 2025: Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are related to Love Literacy 2025.
Delegates
1. Registration
1.1 To book your place at Love Literacy, you must complete the delegate booking form on our website: peters.co.uk/love-literacy-2025-book. In the event there is a technical issue with the form, please contact loveliteracy@peters.co.uk with the answers to the form's questions.
1.2 You will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking. If you do not receive this after 48 hours of booking, please let us know by contacting loveliteracy@peters.co.uk.
1.3 Personal details registered when booking your place will be held securely and will not be passed onto third parties. We will only use your email address and telephone number to contact you about your conference booking and Love Literacy.
2. Payment
2.2 An invoice will be sent within 5 working days after the confirmation of your booking. By filling in the booking form, you are requesting an invoice and committing to paying the invoice within 30 days.
2.3 If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, your booking will be released.
2.4 If you wish to pay for your booking by credit or debit card, please follow the following steps:
i. Complete the online form and indicate you will be paying via credit or debit card.
ii. Call our customer services team at 0121 666 6646. They will direct you to our Accounts team, who will then take payment over the phone.
If you indicate you are paying by credit or debit card but you do not pay within 48 hours of completing the online form, this response will be void and you will have to complete the form again.
3. Changes, cancellations and refunds
3.1 The following terms apply to cancellations of conference and event bookings:
i. Delegate places are non-refundable once invoice payment or credit/debit payment has been received.
ii. If you requested payment by invoice, but wish to cancel your booking within 30 days of the invoice date and have not yet paid the invoice, please send notice of cancellation to loveliteracy@peters.co.uk. Your invoice will then be cancelled and your booking will be made void.
iii. A candidate can be substituted up to 48 hours prior to the start at the conference at no cost. This must be confirmed in writing to loveliteracy@peters.co.uk. No exchanges can be made within 48 hours of Love Literacy.
3.2 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the date, time, workshops and keynote speakers. Peters reserves the right to alter the published programme and any information contained within it.
3.3 Peters reserves the right to cancel the conference up to and including the date of the conference. In the unfortunate event that the conference should be cancelled, we will endeavour to provide an alternative date. Peters disclaim any further liability. If the alternative date is not suitable, a full refund will be provided. Unfortunately in the event of cancellation Peters cannot accept responsibility for any incidental expenses incurred.
4. Dietary and special requirements
4.1 If you have any dietary or special requirements relevant to the conference, please give us written notice at the time of booking in our booking form.
4.2 We will do our best to meet any dietary or special requirements stated at the time of booking. We may not be able to satisfy any requests which are given within 14 working days of the conference.
Exhibitors
5. Exhibitor registration
5.1 Exhibitor places are limited. To book your place at Love Literacy, you must contact loveliteracy@peters.co.uk. Upon request, you will then be sent the exhibitor booking form. In the event there is a technical issue with the form, please contact loveliteracy@peters.co.uk with the answers to the form's questions.
5.2 Personal details registered when booking your place will be held securely and will not be passed onto third parties. We will only use your email address and phone number to contact you about your conference booking.
5.3 Company information including your website URL and a hi-res logo must be sent to loveliteracy@peters.co.uk before 31 August 2025. Failure to send the requested information may see information omitted from the delegate programme brochure. Please note the exhibitor remains liable for the full fee.
6. Exhibitor payment
6.1 An invoice will be sent within 7 days of completing your booking form. By filling in the booking form you are requesting an invoice and committing to paying the invoice within 30 days.
6.2 If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, your booking will be released.
7. Exhibitor cancellations and refunds
7.1 The following terms apply to cancellations of exhibitor conference and event bookings:
i. Exhibitor places are non-refundable once invoice payment has been received.
ii. If you requested payment by invoice, but wish to cancel your booking within 30 days of the invoice date and have not yet paid the invoice, please send notice of cancellation to loveliteracy@peters.co.uk. Your invoice will then be cancelled and your booking will be made void.
iii. If you have cancelled your booking, but then wish to reinstate your order, you must recomplete the booking form and a new invoice will be created.
7.2 Peters reserves the right to cancel the conference up to and including the date of the conference.
