Book Talk cards

Don’t miss our team’s downloadable book talk cards, perfect for Drop Everything and Read (DEAR), as a once-a-week alternative to daily reading sessions, or as a focus text for whole class reading time.

Based on exciting new reads from a range of publishers, these printable PDFs feature discussion points and further reading suggestions. They cover a range of recommended new titles selected specifically to appeal to each year group and to help you support your pupils in generating the wider discussion around books.

We'll be adding new Book Talk cards every month, so don't forget to check this page regularly!
