Winners announced soon!

From Miss Honey's loving nature in Roald Dahl's Matilda to the unorthodox methods of Miss Stacy in L.M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables, we all know a teacher who goes the extra mile for their pupils. That's why this National Thank a Teacher Day, we invited you to nominate an incredible teacher at your school for the chance to win a free pack of books for their class.

On Thursday 26th May, #ThankATeacherDay celebrated the primary and secondary school teachers making a difference to children's lives. Our competition asked you to enter a colleague into our competition to win a selection of books by popular authors like Tom Palmer and Serena Patel. Curated by our partner BooksforTopics, this set of 12 books explores everything from World War Two to the world's oceans, and is worth over £100. Two runners-up will win some book-themed goodies.

We were blown away by the dedication, creativity and resilience that teachers are showing when inspiring their pupils to love reading, and can't wait to share some of their stories with you all. We'll be announcing the winners on Friday 10th June, follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to see if your colleague has won. You can also join our mailing list below to be the first to hear about competitions, offers and book news.
