PSHE and SMSC for primary
There are a wide range of books available that can be used to support the primary personal, social, health and economic education (PSHE) curriculum, and spiritual, moral, social and cultural development (SMSC). PSHE seeks to develop the knowledge, skills and attributes pupils need to keep themselves healthy and safe, and prepare for life and work in modern Britain.
All schools in England must also show how well their pupils develop in SMSC. The SMSC Quality Mark for Primary and Secondary Schools aims to help schools recognise and review the development of SMSC.
