Katherine Rundell is best-selling author of novels such as Rooftoppers, The Wolf Wilder, The Explorer, and The Good Thieves. She is the winner of the Costa Children's Book Award, the Blue Peter Book Award and the Waterstone's Children's Book Prize, amongst others. She grew up in Zimbabwe, Brussels, and London, and is currently a Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford. As well as writing, she studies Renaissance literature; and is learning, as a direct result of writing The Good Thieves, to fly on the flying trapeze.
