Love Literacy author spotlight: Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions are related to Love Literacy author spotlight: Nathanael Lessore - Like A Brother exclusive first look (Tuesday 27 April 2026)

Attendees

1. Registration

1.1 To book a place at the Love Literacy author spotlight: Nathanael Lessore event, you must complete the registration form on our website. In the event there is a technical issue with the form, please contact loveliteracy@peters.co.uk with the answers to the form's questions.

1.2 You will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking. If you do not receive this after 48 hours of booking, please let us know by contacting loveliteracy@peters.co.uk. 

1.3 Personal details registered when booking your place will be held securely. By registering, you agree for Peters to share your registration details with Hot Key Books for event organisation and registration only. Your details will not be passed onto third parties. We will only use your email address and telephone number to contact you about your event booking and Love Literacy.

1.4 Spaces are limited to 20 attendees. Once capacity has been reached, booking will close and registrations for a reserve list will open.

1.5 Booking will close Friday 17 April 2026 or before, when event has reached capacity. Registrations after Friday 17 April 2026 will be invalid.

2. Payment

2.1 The Love Literacy author spotlight: Nathanael Lessore event is free to attend.

3. Changes, cancellations and refunds

3.1 If you can no longer attend the event, please email loveliteracy@peters.co.uk as soon as possible. You may offer a candidate from your establishment to take your place. This must be confirmed in writing to loveliteracy@peters.co.uk. 

3.2 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the date, time, and event schedule. Peters and Hot Key Books reserves the right to alter the programme of events and information regarding the event.

3.3 Peters and Hot Key Books reserves the right to cancel the event up to and including the date of the event. In the unfortunate circumstance that the event should be cancelled, we will endeavour to provide an alternative date. Peters disclaim any further liability. Unfortunately in the event of cancellation Peters cannot accept responsibility for any incidental expenses incurred.

4. Dietary and special requirements

4.1 If you have any dietary or special requirements relevant to the event, please give us written notice at the time of registration in our booking form.

4.2 We will do our best to meet any dietary or special requirements stated at the time of booking.
