Heckmondwike Primary School

November 19th 2021

Heckmondwike Primary School wanted to create a calm and comfortable environment where children could develop their love for reading. The library needed to be completely redecorated and refurbished to accommodate the school's requirements. The school got in touch with our Library Design team, and one of our designers visited the school to offer ideas and to help in the planning of the new layout.

Our team transformed the room to create a vibrant contemporary reading space, utilising bright colours with plenty of storage and soft seating to fill with books for pupils to enjoy their new library.

Heckmondwike were very pleased with the outcome and the pupils are enjoying their new space. "Thank you so much for your professionalism in supporting us in planning our new library. The children are very excited by the new library and are thoroughly enjoying using it." - Julie Hannan, School Business Manager

Our library design service can help to create the perfect reading areas for your needs. We understand that school libraries come in all shapes and sizes, from large purpose-built, open-plan spaces to narrow corridors and classroom corners.

Our experienced designers will work closely with you to create a free 3D CAD design and an itemised quotation. All of our design plans are produced with your children in mind, so you can rest assured that your library will be built to stand the test of time.
