Summary

A pet cat is in trouble for killing other animals

Tuffy the cat is in big trouble. On Monday he left a dead bird on the carpet. On Wednesday he brought in a dead mouse but worse of all, on Thursday Ellie and her family discover Thumper, next door's rabbit. Dead.

Naturally the blame falls on Tuffy and an elaborate plan is necessary to disguise the murder.

The title is told in diary form by Tuffy the cat.
